Strong Visionary

You tend to lead with ideas and a need for speed. Fear of missing out and fear of falling behind compared to the industry are often strong motivators.

As a strong visionary, you also tend to kick up a lot of dust. To improve team dynamics, put into practice self-awareness of where the dust ultimately settles (and what, or who, you may have knocked over along the way.)

If you feel like you are your own worst enemy, practice self restraint with your ideas, by setting waiting periods before implementing a new idea.

Consider ways to be more intentional with how much you delegate and ensure that you are creating systems in your business to monitor outcomes and compliance where you may have delegated core business functions.
