Strong Integrator
Strong Integrators are the kind of people that others turn to because they know they can trust they will deliver a high quality of output.
As they say, ‘if you want something to get done, give it to a busy person,’ like a strong integrator. Your keen abilities as a subject matter expert motivate you to become even more skilled at your craft day- in-and-day-out. You see the individual trees in the forest, but for that reason, sometimes you may miss the forest for the trees.
If you are facing conflict with a colleague, it may be because they feel implementation is going too slow due to your fears of launching your ideas into the world.
Where-as strong visionaries run so fast that they are prone to trip over their own feet, strong integrators more often get in the way of your own success by stewing on an idea for so long that the idea dies standing in place.
Consider ways to stretch yourself and turn your baby-steps into a standard walking pace so that you can achieve more, sooner.
